Ray has spent over 20 years in Sales Management for a variety of blue
chip companies, in the highly competitive Scottish Business Environment.
Previously she was a Director in a Personnel Deployment, Recruitment,
Advertising and Property Development company and more recently she managed
a Call Centre for one of the major banks in Scotland. Through the imposition
of best practice, in sales standards and ethics, her team were instrumental
to the continued success of that Call Centre.
Ray is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Sales & Marketing promoting
standards of excellence in sales and sales management. Her wealth of business
experience brings an added dimension to Relationship Marketing.
