Natalie Ellis Operations Manager
With over 8 years experience in the NPO sector, Natalie has been instrumental in the setting up of D2D and Face to Face fundraising operations for various organisations including Barnardos, St Johns Ambulance, Mencap, Greenpeace, NSPCC, and The Children's Society. Besides Operational and Campaign Management, Natalie has also worked as Project and Event Manager for a range of International events.

She has designed and developed training and induction programmes and worked as a Recruitment Manager. Natalie joined Relationship Marketing in July 2007 as Operations Manager, to ensure the effectiveness of our client's campaigns. Natalie joined RML in July 2007, in her role as Operations Manager she is focussing in ensuring that we effectively run campaigns for the charities we work with and we fully utilise the Call Centre operation.
