Our philosophy is designed around the five-stage donor journey:

Engage - Convert - Inspire - Upgrade - Care

Engage:  People may already be engaged as your existing cash donors, campaigners or events participants.  Or we can engage prospects for you through our unique Home Money Box programme and other innovative and creative methods.

Convert:  This is where the telephone comes into its own.  But it's more than just crunching.  There's data segmentation and targeting to be thought of, scripts to be honed, fundraisers to be trained and inspired.  Oh, yes, and if you need a new product or offer to convert people, we can help you create that too!  See "DICE" below.

Inspire:  We know (from test results) that if you care for your donors before you upgrade them, the cohorts that upgrade are inspired to give a lot more.  Just ask us how this is done.
